As autumn deepens, sunlight bathes the fields and hills of Cangxi, known as the "Land of Pears." Golden rice waves sway gently in the breeze, branches are laden with red kiwifruit, and snow pears have entered their harvesting season. On this vibrant land, the harvest is more than just a scene in the fields; through live-streaming screens, the bounty and joy are transmitted from the mountains and rivers of Cangxi to households far and wide.

In recent years, riding the tide of rural revitalization, Cangxi County, located on the northern edge of the Sichuan Basin and in the middle reaches of the Jialing River, has actively explored innovative development paths. Leveraging its unique local specialties, profound intangible cultural heritage, and advantages in smart agricultural mechanization, and aided by the new model of e-commerce live-streaming, this small county is forging a distinctive path to revitalization.

Agricultural Exhibition: A Feast for the Senses

At the on-site observation event of the 2025 Chinese Farmers" Harvest Festival, themed "Pooling social organizations and individuals  to Boost Rural Revitalization – social organizations and individuals  Visit Old Revolutionary Base Areas," the Cangxi agricultural products exhibition area showcased a dazzling array of local specialties. High-quality grains and oils, distinctive fruits, and cash crops were all presented, creating a down-to-earth and popular harvest feast（丰收盛宴）.

Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop: Keeping Traditions Alive

In the Intangible Cultural Heritage Skills Inheritance and Works Exhibition Area of the Cangxi County Revitalization Workshop, items such as Huanma paper-cutting, Cangxi root carving, Qiping handmade silk tapestries, Yuedong handmade hanging noodles, and Yuanba bamboo sheath paintings were displayed in turn, attracting numerous visitors. "The craftsmanship of Huanma paper-cutting is exquisite, and "Nine Dragons Bestow Blessings" carries an auspicious meaning. I specially bought one to take home," said Fan Jiahao, a tourist from Chengdu. 

Live-streaming to Aid Farmers: Connecting Countryside and City

In the live-streaming booths aimed at supporting farmers, hosts enthusiastically promoted local agricultural specialties, intangible cultural heritage products, and agritourism routes. The combination of e-commerce live-streaming and traditional farmer support initiatives has not only broadened sales channels but also injected new vitality into the rural industry.

Folk Experience: Reconnecting with Rural Roots

During the agricultural fun activities, the "fish catching and duck grabbing" segment was filled with laughter. Villager Wen Hongying, holding a duck she had just caught, said with a beaming smile, "It brought back the joy of childhood!" Meanwhile, at the "Mastering Homemade Farmhouse Cuisine" site, the air was filled with the enticing aromas of freshly ground soybean milk, hand-pounded glutinous rice cakes, and traditional steamed rice cakes. Bowls of fresh tofu pudding topped with chili oil evoked the familiar local flavors (乡土味道) of memory.

Smart Agricultural Machinery: Technology Empowers Modern Farming

In the high-standard farmland demonstration area, the coordinated operation of unmanned harvesters and medium-sized and small agricultural machinery presented an impressively efficient scene. In the static exhibition area, intelligent equipment such as plant protection drones and seeders was fully displayed, and smart agricultural machinery application scenarios and management systems from the three major telecom operators were also showcased, highlighting the technological appeal of modern agriculture.

This observation event demonstrated the broad participation of social organizations and individuals across all aspects – from consumption support and enterprise cooperation to cultural inheritance and technological assistance for agriculture. In the future, Cangxi will continue to build on its local characteristics, deepen innovative exploration, and persistently broaden the practical pathways for social organizations and individuals to participate in rural revitalization, painting a new picture of shared prosperity for urban and rural areas.

走进苍溪县振兴工坊非遗技艺传承与作品展示区，唤马剪纸、苍溪根雕、歧坪手工真丝地挂毯、岳东手工挂面、元坝笋壳画等非遗技艺与作品依次陈列，吸引众多游客驻足欣赏。“唤马剪纸做工精细，‘九龙赐福’寓意吉祥，我特意带一幅回家。”来自成都的游客范家豪说。

“苍溪红心猕猴桃果香浓郁，喜欢的朋友欢迎下单，现采现发！”助农直播间里，主播们热情推介当地农特产品、非遗工艺品和农文旅线路。电商直播与传统助农相结合，不仅拓宽了销售渠道，也为乡村产业注入新活力。

农趣活动中，“摸鱼抓鸭”环节欢笑不断。村民文红英手提刚捉到的鸭子，笑容满面：“体验到了小时候的快乐！”而“农家美食最拿手”现场，现磨豆浆、手打糍粑、传统米糕香气四溢，一碗碗淋上辣椒油的豆花，唤醒了记忆中的乡土味道。

在高标准农田示范区，无人收割机、中小型农机协同作业，高效场景令人赞叹。静态展区中，植保无人机、播种机等智能装备一应俱全，三大运营商智慧农机场景运用及管理系统同步亮相，展现出现代农业的科技魅力。
